House Cleaning ElfHouse Elves are not your typical house cleaners. We take our jobs seriously, and ALWAYS go the extra mile for our customers to make sure that their experience with us is the best house cleaning experience they will ever have!

And to prove that point, most of our customers have come from referrals. And we have one of the best retention rates in the industry.

We are ALWAYS looking for good house cleaners to join our rapidly growing cleaning service, to work with our teams and help build our company.

Therefore, we are only looking for those who want a stable full time job, who take pride in their work, and have great attention to detail.

We supply everything you need to do the job the way it should be done. And although we prefer that you have 2 years previous experience, we will train you (WITH FULL PAY) to do it OUR way, the way our customers have come to expect and appreciate.

We even have our own “Elf-mobiles” for the jobs, so you only need to get yourself to the office each day to load up your team car and head out to the jobs. (You MUST live within a 20 mile radius of our office located at 3660 Canton Rd in Marietta, and have dependable enough transportation to get to the office each day on time).

We work hard long days (typically 3 to 4 houses a day for each 2 to 3 women team), so you must be in good health and have stamina enough to get through the day and be ready to do it again 5 days a week, and maintain a good attitude and smile for our customers while doing it.

We realize this is hard work, and not for everyone. To do this you have to enjoy cleaning, have lots of energy, and take pride in the knowledge that you have made someone happy by giving them a nice fresh, clean house to come home to.

And since this is specialized work that is not for everyone, we believe you deserve to be compensated properly. That’s why we start our Team Associate Cleaners at between $9.50 and $10 per hour (depending on experience), instead of the 8 bucks, that most cleaning companies start at. And as for raises…It’sw up to you! Prove yourself and we will reward you for it.

And remember…we supply you with company shirts and all the cleaning supplies, transportation, and equipment you need to get the job done properly and on time!

So if you think you have the potential to become one of our “House Elves”, and have some previous experience in Professional Residential House Cleaning…

Give us a call today at (770) 485-0265 and leave a detailed message about your experience in the Residential House Cleaning industry. And be sure to leave a contact number so we can call you back! We look forward to hearing from you soon!

Hope to hear from you soon,

Lesley Thurmond
